By agreeing to our terms, I certify that all of the information contained in this form is true and complete. Definition of Client/s: The person who is authorized to submit a confirmation form on Oristocratz website for the purpose of using our services (www.oristocratz.com). Exclusive Photographer and or Videographer: It is agreed that Oristocratz (“the Studio”) will be the exclusive commercial photographer and or videographer that will provide still prints and or video footage for or at any event booked through our website. Others may take photographs or record video as long as they do not interfere with the duties of the Studio and do not photograph or record poses arranged by the Studio. It is agreed that interference from others, paid or unpaid, who attempt to photograph or record the same poses or scenes during the same time period as the Studio may detract from the quality of the Studio’s images and or video footages, and maybe cause for the Studio to cease work until such interference ends. The Studio will not be responsible for time or images and or video footages missed as a result of such interference. The copyright of all photographs and or video footage are owned by Oristocratz. Oristocratz will seek written permission from the client prior to publishing or using any image/video footage for general promotional or advertising purposes. A completed confirmation form along with a service fee of 10% and a Non-Refundable 40% retainer fee of the total package will confirm your booking. 50% of the final balance must be paid at the pre-wedding meeting 1 - 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. Client agrees to purchase prints directly from Photographer unless in possession of high-resolution digital files. Client agrees not to scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner without written permission. Should Oristocratz become aware of reproduction without permission, Client will remit a usage fee of $300 USD per image, per usage to Photographer. If high-resolution digital files are purchased, a written release will be supplied with those files. The release grants Client the right to reproduce the images provided for their personal use only and does not allow the photos to be altered, sold or published. Client further agrees not to supply images to any third parties (including vendors associated with the wedding or album designers). An 80% deposit is required for processing of any order. Family print orders and any associated extras must be paid in full, prior to production. The client will be entitled to vary the package provided that the package is to the same value or greater. All payments may be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. (Personal cheques will not be accepted.) Prices are fixed at current price list until 6 months after the wedding day. (Including family orders) Any orders placed after this time will go on the current price list at the time of order unless there is a delay caused by the photographer. Meals and beverages must be provided to the photographer and team. Meals to be the same as a guest’s meal. Excessive distances will incur a surcharge at an agreed rate. A surcharge will apply for coverage exceeding 10 hours. Payments made prior to the wedding date are strictly non-refundable. Oristocratz will uphold the contracted price as per agreement submitted. All financial agreements and payments will be strictly enforced. Late payments are liable to a 10% penalty loading each month overdue. In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer and or videographer. Oristocratz photographer and/or the videographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer and or videographer able and/ or willing to provide a similar package as chosen and listed on the invoice at the same/ similar tariff. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Oristocratz photographer and/or the videographer will take all due care but the liability of Oristocratz Studio photographer and/or the videographer in the event of any equipment failure or other failures due to non-performance is limited to a refund of all monies paid. While all reasonable care will be taken to fulfil the wishes of the client, no financial responsibility above the sum of monies received from the client by Oristocratz can be claimed against in the event of acts of God, flood, fire, warfare, government laws or regulations, malfunction or theft of equipment, films, digital files, etc. If any conditions arise which are interfering with proper photographing and or videographing procedures, the photographer and or videographer will make reasonable effort to proceed. If such interference continues, then it is within the photographer’s and or videographer's discretion to cease work. The creative license and content of albums and/or photographs are left to the discretion of Oristocratz. Charges may apply for changes made to the album and video. Digital effects that are not considered darkroom techniques (i.e. skin retouching, removal of items, etc) may be charged for. Films, Videos & Slideshows are available for digital downloads up to 6 months after the event date. An optional USB 4 - 16 Gb can be requested. Oristocratz is not responsible for goods not picked up beyond 6 months after completion. By submitting this reservation form to Oristocratz you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
